The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING was be held on Saturday, May 28, 2005 at the Pomona Fairplex Highland Games.
BANNER
A banner ad that you may notice for Runbox.com at the bottom of the home page is a way that I might be able to recoup some of the cost of running this website, if a visitor signs up for the email service. I would get back a small amount for each person that signs up as a result of doing so from this website. So, excuse the ad. I do have 'some' expenses - trivial - but expenses.
PHOTOS
Clan MacMillan Photo Gallery is different. Looks better than it has and it is working flawlessly. Click on the thumbnail (displayed) to enlarge. If you know 'who' the Clan members are in the photo, leave feedback from the home page. See below for feedback information. (UPDATED 9/22/04)
FEEDBACK
Feedback should be available from most if not all web pages. Just look for the 'BUTTON' that says 'FEEDBACK' and click. UPDATED 10/07/04)
CLAN MAPS
Scottish Clan Map: broken into smaller sections. Find where your clan (MacMillan or any other) started their roots. Index is available on the page to help you go to the correct section of the map for your clan (MacMillan is map # 12). If you see any errors, like spelling, your clan missing from the map, wrong location, leave feedback and I will look into the matter.
EVENTS FOR 2005/2006
A new feature has been added to the Events for 2005/2006 page. Events can be viewed in the normal way by just looking, or the fancier method (Javascript is required) at the top of the page, which is interactive and self-explanatory..
CHANGES
There will be numerous changes made to the Clan MacMillan website in the future. Some you may have already noticed. Some are work in progress. The biggest of course is the change in the website address when it moved off of Cox and to QNET in the Antelope Valley in Palmdale, Ca. (I live in Lancaster). Others that have already occurred are:
1. Photos added. (More will be added later).
2. By-Laws and membership application can be downloaded as well as viewed.
3. Various pages have been updated and broken links have been repaired or deleted as appropriate. If you find any broken links, leave feedback please.
